Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization if location is United States.
• SIDA training required to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant airline/guest-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counter and gate per AGI and airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security are not compromised during interactions.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, fare calculations, refunds, baggage checks, and excess baggage charges.
• Process lost and found, initiate tracing for lost baggage, and document required reports.
• Answer inquiries about schedules, fares, and travel information for passengers.
