Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at the Savannah branch to support deliveries, assist customers, and manage daily inventory.

You will load and unload deliveries, operate warehouse equipment, process POS transactions, and ensure accurate order preparation for pickup or delivery.

This role requires at least 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; hours align with branch schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and consistently.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure that the stockroom is organized.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with physical inventory process.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
