Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital in Idaho is seeking a compassionate RN to join the PACU/Pre-Op Unit on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, covering pre-op and recovery with a typical 2:1 patient ratio.

Responsibilities include delegating assignments, scheduling, admissions/discharges, and monitoring medications and supplies. The ideal candidate has PACU/CCU/ER experience, Idaho RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS and PALS within six months are preferred.

Qualifications

• PACU/Pre-Op RN experience preferred.
• Idaho RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of employment.
• PALS within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide professional nursing care in PACU/Pre-Op.
• Manage pre-op and recovery care and monitoring.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and medication orders.
