Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the Cleveland area to lead and train workgroups focused on safety, accuracy and timely customer service. You will promote a positive team environment, facilitate training, and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days a week in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Prior management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; warehouse management experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Leads positive, team-oriented environment and proactive cross-departmental communication.
