AlignMed Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for Pennsburg Manor Center in Pennsburg, PA. Part time to full time (24–40 hrs/week) with no weekend on-call, offering a base of $58–$60 per hour plus a no-cap incentive program.

The role requires APRN or PA credentials, RN licensure, and experience with adult/geriatric populations. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are included, with a strong focus on quality of life and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program and licensed RN.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with MSN and a focus in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
• PA path: ARC-PA accreditation, PANCE, PA license, and NCCPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
