Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Master's Degree in Nursing and NP or FNP specialization.
• NP licensed with RN/NP credentials; PA with ARC-PA background and PA licensure considered.
• Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership Team for center goals and patient care.
• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in coordination with other providers.
