Job summary

Meijer is a family company serving people and communities. As a Stocking Clerk, you’ll stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products, move items from pallets to shelves, and help keep backrooms organized.

Overnight shifts prepare the store for the day ahead and you’ll interact with leadership to meet priorities. You’ll work in a team, learn basic technology, stay organized, and provide friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard/trash in back rooms.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Overnight shifts are required.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.

What You Bring
