Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
