Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles? (as applicable)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or potential security concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, driver, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly.
