Responsibilities

• Assist patients in preparation for exams and transport between exam rooms.
• Use radiology computer systems to generate requisitions, check schedules, and obtain patient information.
• Organize and prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Greet patients and visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and relay information as needed.
• Act as liaison between ordering physician, radiologist, and technologist.
• Provide radiology reports/images to staff, physicians, patients, and family upon request; document information and observations.
• Maintain imaging equipment and perform routine quality control and cleaning as required.
• Assist with MRI implant screening and related documentation.
