Job summary

Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara is seeking a Part Time Overnight Communications Agent to join our team as we reopen the resort following remodeling. You will handle guest inquiries by phone, email, and other channels with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

The role requires English proficiency, Spanish preferred, and prior Reservations or Front Office experience in high-volume call centers.

Qualifications

• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in English.
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Computer knowledge: comfortable with Word, Excel, and e-mail; hotel software training provided.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: previous Reservations and/or Front Office on high-volume call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route telephone inquiries efficiently using guest names and proper extensions.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, hours, personnel, activities, and functions.
• Assist guests in selecting room accommodations and participate in problem solving with supervision.
• Use Golden guest profile system for accurate recognition.
• Handle guest interactions via phone, email, messenger, or fax with hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints.
