Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking an Overnight Communications / Reservations (CORE) Agent to provide exceptional guest service, handle reservations, and support front desk operations. You will manage guest inquiries with professionalism, using hotel systems to log requests and coordinate with various departments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications or front desk roles, excellent English, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a luxury

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Telecommunications Operator, Front Desk Agent, Spa Receptionist, Customer Service Sales Representative, Coordinator or Order Taker.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, requests, and reservations in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Support front desk team and in-room dining, housekeeping, and engineering as needed.
• Describe services, take guest requests, and coordinate with kitchen and spa via POS and hotel systems.
• Ensure proper operation of telephone system and booking systems; log requests in HotSoS, Opera, Micros, Book4time, Rex.
