Job summary

Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara seeks a Painter/Wallcoverer II to maintain property and furnishings to luxury hotel standards. Responsibilities include cleaning and touching up painted surfaces, maintaining painting materials, and ensuring safety and organization on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years in related field.
• Good communication, writing, and oral proficiency.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and furnishings to luxury hotel standards.
• Clean and touch up painted surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Prepare and maintain painting and wallcovering materials and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents immediately.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and organized.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to meet Four Seasons standards.
