Job summary

Residence Inn Concord is hiring for a part-time Night Auditor to balance daily hotel income, verify accounts, and perform night clerk duties. The successful candidate will work weekends from 11pm to 7am and serve as the overnight MOD per brand policies. Strong math, reconciliation, and computer skills are required.

Experience with hotel systems (FOSSE/PEP) is a plus. Daily pay option is available and a dynamic team environment supports guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years experience as a Hotel Night Auditor.
• Strong computer skills including Word/Excel.
• Excellent math and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems (FOSSE or PEP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily charges for departments to folios and accounts.
• Audit room revenue and other income.
• Verify credit card vouchers for accuracy and imprints.
• Process city ledger work to accounting.
• Perform night clerk duties and guest service tasks as needed.
