Job summary

Riverside Health System in Hampton, VA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide quality therapeutic services for patients and families. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in healthcare related field is required.
• 2 years clinical internship or hospital/residential experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS and other licensure requirements must be met within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess biopsychosocial functioning and synthesize into treatment planning documents.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on patient needs.
• Lead multi-disciplinary rounds and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation according to RBHC policy and timelines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate patient needs.
