Job summary

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Licensure or eligibility for LMHP supervision credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assess biopsychosocial functioning and document for treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on assessed needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary rounds and assist discharge planning.
• Communicate patient and family needs to the team and document progress.
• Maintain accurate medical records per RBHC policy.
• Utilize supervision to address complex clinical issues.
• Build referrals and partnerships with community providers.
• Cover additional shifts during high census.
