Qualifications

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field such as MSW, MS, MA, M.ED, counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days required.
• First Aid within 30 days required.
• LMHP-Supervisee (LMHP-S) credential within 90 days required.
• LMHP-Resident (LMHP-R) credential within 90 days required.
• Therapy supervision credential within 90 days required.

Responsabilités

• Assess biopsychosocial functioning using interviews, observation, and collateral sources.
• Synthesize information into treatment planning documents.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy aligned with patient needs and development stage.
• Act as contact for family members and involve them in treatment with patient consent.
• Educate families on suicidality, diagnosis, and care plan.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate patient needs to team members.
• Document medical records thoroughly and timely according to policy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discharge planning.
