Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Downtown Medical Group – Sleep and Resp Suite 500E in Billings, MT. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outpatient care under physician supervision, with emphasis on pulmonary services.

Responsibilities include triage, documentation, patient education, and coordination with the care team. Requires current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year of clinic or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current/valid RN license from the state licensing board is required.
• BLS or ACLS certification is required.
• One year related clinic or acute hospital nursing experience is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients following established standards and procedures.
• Obtains patient consent and ensures confidentiality.
• Documents health history, vital signs, and risk factors; assesses disease condition.
• Delivers prescribed treatments and medications; monitors progress and responds to patient needs.
• Educates patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Documents assessment data using medical records systems.
• Participates in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes.
• Tracks quality assurance data for acute and chronic care management.
