Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a part-time Outlet Associate at our Greenwood outlet (927 N Emerson Ave, Greenwood, IN 46143). The role supports cashiering, donation processing, sorting, and customer service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Hours are 2-7:30 PM, 4-5 days per week, with flexibility for occasional weekend coverage. Daily duties include handling donations, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers while upholding Goodwill standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers.
• Keeps facility clean and safe inside and outside.
• Loads/unloads trucks and uses heavy equipment.
• Sorts donations for value and safety compliance.
• Assists customers with donation doors and promotions.
• Maintains organized backroom and labeled boxes.
