Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring a Retail Associate at our Greenwood, Indiana store. This part-time role supports store operations by handling cashier duties, donation processing, eCommerce prep, and item merchandising.

You will rotate through positions like cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and rack or cart runner, contributing to team success and store budget goals. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of performing hard physical work

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, balances cash drawer, and follows cash-handling procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom.
• Supports multiple roles: cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, eCommerce/e-books producer, rack or cart runner.
• Sorts and prepares textiles or wares, ensuring quality and tagging according to standards.
• Loads/unloads trucks and operates pallet jacks and related equipment as needed.
• Assists customers with information about Goodwill programs and store services.
