Key tasks include cash handling, customer education on programs, merchandising, donations processing, and Light logistics. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability and customer-first service in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; capability and adaptability valued.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles (cashier, textiles, eCommerce).

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs and directs questions appropriately.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising of the sales floor.
• Sorts and tags textiles or wares and maintains daily production tracking.
• Accepts donations and ensures backroom organization and loading/unloading as needed.
• Develops eCommerce and ClickGoodwill processes, packing and shipping totes.
• Checks racks and carts for quality, updates production tracking daily.
