Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Facilities Mechanic to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of exterior areas across the property. The role involves routine landscaping, debris removal, and equipment operation to support guest satisfaction and asset protection.

Shift: Swing Part-Time 3:00pm-12:00pm. You may be called for weather events and occasional internal logistics tasks; union dues may apply. This is a part-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with grounds keeping or outdoor maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, weeding, edging grass, raking leaves, sweeping parking lots and garage.
• Planting, removing, and relocating plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Removing trash and debris from parking areas and grounds.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers, litter vacuums.
• Ensure signs, posts, and fences are straight and secure.
• Maintain clean, safe outdoor areas and assist with weather events.
• Assist with internal logistics and maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
