Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Facilities Attentant to perform preventative maintenance across the property, ensuring safety and reliability of all systems.

The role covers HVAC, alarms, generators, and general trades craftsmanship including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Candidates should have 2+ years in commercial maintenance and be able to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance in a commercial facility; valid driver’s license may be needed.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as per State Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general upkeep of all Live! Casino facilities and property.
• Knowledge of HVAC, alarms, and generators.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and related maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and team members through proper maintenance.
• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools, ladders, and lifting equipment.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude and knowledge of available facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
