Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Facilities Mechanic to maintain the exterior areas of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and Team Members. You will perform routine landscaping, debris removal, and operate grounds equipment in line with our standards.

Shift is Day 7:00am–4:00pm. Compensation is USD $16.00 per hour with union dues where applicable. You will plant, weed, edge grass, remove trash, and help with weather events, parking areas, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years' grounds keeping or outdoor maintenance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Cut, weed, and edge grass; rake leaves; sweep parking areas and garages.
• Plant, remove, relocate plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Remove trash and debris; empty trash containers.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as trucks, sweepers, pressure washers, and scrubbers.
• Ensure signs, posts, and fences are straight and secure.
• Keep exterior areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Be available for weather events (snow removal, storms).
• Assist with internal logistics and maintenance as needed.
