Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Facilities Mechanic to maintain exterior areas, ensure safety, and support guest and Team Member satisfaction.

You will perform routine lawn, debris removal, and equipment operation across the property, contributing to a well-kept, welcoming environment. The role requires basic high school education and up to two years of grounds keeping experience, with the ability to obtain a Maryland gaming license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years of grounds keeping/outdoor maintenance experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license per Maryland authority.

Responsibilities

• Cut, weed, edge grass, rake leaves, sweep parking areas and garages.
• Plant, remove, relocate plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Remove trash and debris from parking lots and grounds; empty trash bins.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment (trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers).
• Ensure signs, posts, and fences are straight and secure; maintain clean outdoor areas at high standard.
• Be available for weather-related tasks (snow removal, storms).
• May assist with internal logistics and maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
