Bass Pro Shops is hiring a part-time Customer Relations Associate in Gonzales, LA. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, process returns, and promote Club memberships and in-store pickup options.

A strong emphasis on knowledge of products and salesmanship is required. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales floor, handling merchandise with care, and delivering a legendary customer experience while following all store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers in a prompt, friendly manner and directing them as needed.
• Handling merchandise returns with refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Promoting store programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up) and staying informed about advertised sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and assist with inquiries.
• Process returns and exchanges, completing necessary paperwork.
• Educate customers about products and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow company policies.
