Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA required.
• OTA license/certification required.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist and documents progress.
• Provides patient and family education, including home exercise programs.
• Mentors students and new staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Ensures accurate documentation and adherence to policies and safety standards.
