Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Tampa, FL seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time or PRN basis. You will deliver occupational therapy services under supervision and help maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include screening, implementing treatment plans, documenting CMS-compliant records, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident goals. A valid OTA license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention per scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plan according to goals and plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with other team members.
• Conduct therapy and ensure proper documentation and CMS billing.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
