Evolve Therapy Services, a therapy management organization, is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Tampa, FL. This part-time/PRN role supports resident-centered OT services within a partner facility.

The position requires an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OTA licensure. You will plan, implement, and document therapy plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure CMS-compliant

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine interventions.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team.
• Documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Perform all other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
