Job summary

Neffsville Nursing & Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to our residents.

The OT implements therapy programs designed to improve independence, function, and overall quality of life, with a part-time schedule.

You will collaborate with the rehabilitation team, implement individualized treatment plans, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license.
• OTR/L certification.
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Work with members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with each resident’s needs and capabilities.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional abilities and independence.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques that support continued progress.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate outcomes with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
