Neffsville Nursing & Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to residents. The OT will implement therapy programs to improve independence and functional abilities, working within the rehab team to tailor plans to each resident's needs.

This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $42–$48 and involves treating residents, documenting progress, and educating residents, families, and caregivers on skills to maintain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapist license
• OTR/L certification
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Work with rehabilitation team to develop programs aligned with each resident’s needs and capabilities
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional abilities and independence
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques to support progress
• Monitor resident progress and communicate outcomes with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
