Job summary

Pleasant Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, part of Premier Healthcare, LLC, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for both Full-Time and PRN positions. This role emphasizes collaboration with a dynamic rehab team to provide quality care, promoting independence and functional improvement for residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, hold a valid OT license in Pennsylvania, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals.
