Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies, in partnership with Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a part-time role in a skilled nursing facility. This in-house program offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT OTR certification if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
