Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST certification preferred; must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year OR and/or Sterile Processing Department experience.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate OR support and prep per SOP and staff needs.
• Pre-operative setup: ensure video and surgical equipment function correctly.
• Intra-operative support: verify equipment connections and address supply needs.
• Post-operative turnover: collect and inventory instruments for cleaning and sterilization.
• Instrument and equipment management: decontaminate, inspect, assemble, wrap, and sterilize instruments.
• Maintain professional conduct and availability, including on-call rotations and holidays.
• Perform additional duties to support hospital operations.
