Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver NECE and provide exceptional eye care to patients in Lexington. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership Team to maintain a safe, motivating work environment that supports commitment, innovation and growth for the organization.

You will coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, ensure accurate diagnoses, develop patient relationships and contribute to exam growth, ancillary services

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones when needed and deliver excellent service.
• Conduct exams in line with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Establish positive doctor/patient relationships and provide accurate recommendations.
• Coach associates on clinical protocols and audit charts where appropriate.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and outcomes.
