LensCrafters in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Associate Optometrist for a Part-Time role. You will lead clinical care, guide the team, and ensure high-quality eye exams, prioritizing patient satisfaction and brand standards.

You will collaborate with MOD and store leadership to maximize patient outcomes, maintain licensure, and promote best-practice care while delivering a positive patient experience within the LensCrafters brand.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential and licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the MOD and store team to deliver brand promise and results.
• Manage KPI performance with accountability and strong teamwork.
• Ensure the brand is known as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Maintain office systems and ensure staff follow protocols.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and establish doctor/patient relationships.
• Provide training and guidance to team members; stay current with licensure.
