LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist for a part-time position to deliver high-quality optometric care and excellent patient service. You will perform clinical exams, collaborate with the MOD and store team, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing professional development, and effective use of technology to communicate eye health and treatment options.

Competenze

• Doctor of Optometry with license in good standing
• Strong communication and patient-care focus
• Knowledge of billing/coding in optometry; tech-savvy
• Ability to solve problems and stay organized

• Lead clinical protocols and deliver high-quality optometric care
• Achieve KPI targets and drive growth with the MOD and store team
• Build Doctor/Patient relationships and ensure excellent service
