LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care within our Drs Office, delivering high-quality optometric services and driving growth through strong partnerships with store leadership. The role emphasizes patient-first service, clinical excellence, and community outreach.

You will maintain licensure, perform clinical protocols, and collaborate with the MOD and SMM to exceed KPIs while delivering unsurpassed patient experiences across our Vision Care program.
