Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist (Casual Part-Time) to lead clinical protocols and deliver high-quality eye care. You will work with the MOD and store team to drive performance while ensuring excellent patient experiences and adherence to standards.

You will maintain licensure, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture within the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care in optometry.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in delivering brand promise and patient care.
• Manage KPIs with accountability and collaboration with MOD and team.
• Promote LensCrafters as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Ensure patient-first service and strong customer relationships.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain office systems and licensure; support continuing education.
