Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering brand promise and excellent patient care in partnership with store leadership.
• Manage KPI performance and accountability in collaboration with MOD & store team.
• Promote LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider within the community.
• Deliver patient-centered service and eyewear recommendations.
• Support medical practices, referrals, and pre/post-operative care where applicable.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
