Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead the brand promise and deliver high-quality optometric care with the store team.
• Manage KPI performance and drive accountability.
• Position LensCrafters as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store leadership to achieve results.
• Prioritize patient needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliant service processes are followed for all exams.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Train and mentor team using company programs.
