Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Part-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker location. You will practice under supervision and provide high-quality eye care while building strong patient relationships.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, utilize modern exam lanes and EMR tools, and maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

• Ability to collaborate with store teams to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Partner with the store team to grow the eye exam business at your location.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to each patient.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and state licensure.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to align on goals and strategies.
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and ensure patient experience.
