Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Part-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice near a Warby Parker location. You'll practice under supervision and deliver remarkable vision care in a collaborative team.

You’ll perform comprehensive eye exams, fit contacts, and educate patients while using modern digital exam lanes and EMR. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment with opportunities to contribute to patient experience and store goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in Florida and in good standing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store teams and supervise OD(s).
• Commitment to patient-centered vision care and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations following standards of care.
• Prescribe eyewear and contacts tailored to patient needs and educate options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and up-to-date licensure and CE requirements.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to meet clinical and store goals.
• Engage as a brand ambassador and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.
