Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Part‑Time Optometrist to join one of its affiliated independent optometry practices. The practice is adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location.

You will practice under the clinical direction of the practice’s supervising optometrist(s). The ideal candidate is a true team player and strong communicator with a passion for delivering remarkable vision care in a collaborative environment who strives to exceed patient expectations and has a great attitude

Qualifications

• Licensed OD in good standing in the state of practice.
• Patient-focused with strong teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality comprehensive eye exams and lens assessments following protocols.
• Collaborate with store team to enhance the patient experience and grow exams.
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses; educate patients on options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with licensure and CE requirements.
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and support brand standards.
