National Vision and its Eyeglass World brand are looking for a part-time Sales Associate - Optical Specialist in Naples, FL. You will deliver warm, confident service, guide customers through eyewear selection and fittings, and support the in-store flow and finishing processes.

The role emphasizes patient-focused service, brand standards, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and discounts on eyewear.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service required.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills required.
• Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively required.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction required.
• Support store team in shared goals required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in eyewear and experience.
• Assist with order entry, tracking, and timely completion.
• Perform finishing work and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand-aligned handoff.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards in interactions.
• Maintain clean, organized finish and retail areas.
• Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively.
