Job summary

Visionworks in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding patients through the eyewear journey with knowledge and warmth.

The role requires optical experience or ABO certification, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet daily sales goals. This is a part-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Visionworks network.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
