Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and guide customers through their eyewear journey.

You will balance sales goals with outstanding customer care, applying optical knowledge to meet patient needs. The role requires prior optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma or equivalent, and a passion for helping customers see and look their best.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
