Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Arizona to be the face of our brand in-store. You will drive the customer journey, guide patients through eyewear choices, and ensure the right fit on the first try. Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the customer/patient experience.
• Engages with patients and recommends products/services that meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Executes day-to-day store operations to support sales and customer experience, including restocking and order fulfillment.
