Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear choices with clarity and care. The role requires optical knowledge, a friendly, high-energy approach, and 12 months of optical experience (or ABO Certification in lieu).

Part-time schedule with opportunities for bonuses and employee discounts. You will deliver daily sales goals, engage with patients, measure for eyewear, and maintain product knowledge while supporting store

Qualifications

12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals, including opening/closing in LEAD positions.
