Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The role includes answering calls, tracking orders, and solving driver- and customer-related problems.

You will act as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers, help prevent delays, and coordinate with first shift teams on issues from non-business hours.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work non-traditional business hours.
